THE ART OF INTERIOR DESIGN
Beauty emerges from detail
It's the details that make the whole experience
Looks spotlights three distinct styles that have real character and the rich complexity of K. Hovnanian's interior design concepts. Each style is created by passionate interior designers who pick and assemble every detail to evoke a specific feeling. Choose from three stunning looks: Farmhouse, Loft, and Elements.
STYLE IS STANDARD
An array of color, texture, and form inspired by living spaces that gain character and complexity through a coalescence of old and new, dark and light, classic and contemporary.
Where architecture and interior design intersect
At K. Hovnanian, architects and designers work hand-in-hand to create integrated designs that elevate our homes. Usually, interior designers do not begin their work until after a home is built — here, they influence every stage of a home's conception to ensure that form meets function.

Shaping a house into a home
Your home shapes your life. Sometimes it’s obvious — an open floor plan will make your home more spacious. But more often than not, our homes affect us in ways we’re not aware of — a lighter wall color can help a room feel bigger, and crown molding can lend charm and character, making a house feel like a home.
Our family's approach to homebuilding
After more than 60 years and hundreds of thousands of homes, you can start to think like a manufacturer: check the boxes, add granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, then slap on a price tag and walk away. But we’re not making toasters or generators — we’re building homes. And we are obsessed with building them so that they shape your life positively, which means focusing on small details just as much as large structural decisions. It’s not enough to just add lights to a room. You must also consider small but important details like the color of the light — warm light is better for relaxing, cool light for concentrating.
Beautifully designed homes for everyone
The difference is in the details
There's no one right answer to making a space feel good. It's the collection of a million small details that, when working together, add up to create a feeling — much like how individual music notes string together to make a song. In the past, we asked our customers to decide on all those details themselves, but sifting through thousands of options is a daunting task. Too often, families were left unsatisfied with a mishmash of opposing styles.
We decided to simplify the process. Instead of over 5000 small choices, we offer just a few more of the very best ones. We've spent two years sourcing materials and handpicking designs, and more than a few rolls of tracing paper later, we finally feel like we have something worth sharing. We hope you have as many good times in your home as we had designing them.
